Yoga Day

YOGA DAY

We the teacher trainees had the opportunity to conduct the Yoga Day in the school on the 21st of June, 2017. We had the assembly on that day and a short seminar which told the importance of Yoga. After the meeting we had the demonstration of the different postures of Yoga done by the teacher trainees.The school children had also joined in doing the postures of Yoga.
